IAS operates a national art shuttle using our own fleet of custom-designed art vehicles. Shuttles run on fixed schedules, making them a cost-effective way to move single works and small exhibitions between major cities and regional centres.
With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth, our shuttle networks reach 100% of Australia.
Every shuttle is run by trained IAS art handlers, never sub-contractors. The same team collects, travels with and delivers your works, so nothing changes hands along the way.

How it works
Five steps, door to door.

Check the schedule
Each state has its own shuttle schedule with set pick-up and delivery times. Pick the run that suits your dates, or ask us which departure fits best.

Book and prepare
Contact your nearest IAS office or request a quote. We confirm space and advise on packing, from soft wraps to custom T.E.D. crates.
- 03
Collection
Trained handlers collect door to door, pack if needed and load safely using hydraulic tailgate lifts.
- 04
In transit
Works travel at 21ºC and 50% RH (or non-climate), on air-ride suspension, with GPS satellite tracking.
- 05
Delivery
The same IAS team delivers and unloads, and can unpack, hang or install on arrival.
