   Andy Lynch

   National Manager - Domestic

   Andy is a well-known figure to the arts industry in Australia. Having spent some time away from IAS, Andy has the unique experience of having worked for IAS and also spent time as a customer. Whilst at IAS Andy has been involved in all aspects of our business ranging from art handler and installer to operations scheduler and customer service. Andy’s current role as National Manager Domestic enables Andy to combine all of his wide ranging experience and skill set. Andy values the relationships he has developed throughout the industry over the years and is committed to providing cost effective and efficient solutions coupled with a complete and quality service.

   Alison Guthrie

   National Manager Business Development & Major Projects

   With over 20 years experience, Alison is a trusted face in the industry and possesses excellent knowledge in art logistics and project management. She has a keen interest in public art and was Project Manager on five of the Kaldor Public Art Projects. In her role as Business Development Manager, Alison thrives on the opportunity to discuss with clients the right way to move and store their precious pieces.

   Ben Holloway

   Major Projects & National Manager – TED

   Ben has had over 20 years’ experience in the arts industry, 15 of which have been spent at IAS. After finishing his BA in Fine Art at ANU, Ben worked at the National Gallery of Australia as the Acting Handling Coordinator and as the Senior Art Packer. In his capacity Ben offered and implemented solutions for the packing, crating, transporting, displaying, and storing all aspects of the NGA collection. Ben, who is a key member of Major Projects Team and also the National Manager of our Crating Division TED, has a wealth of experience in fine art services and preventative conservation with a focus in handling, packing and installation. He possesses excellent design, manufacturing and packing skills and techniques. Ben enjoys the challenge of a Major Project, where he can work side by side with our clients, to establish the scope of works and unearth, design, and develop packing, crating, installation and relocation solutions, to suit the unique characteristics of each individual piece of art and object.

   Rhys Mitchell

   Manager - International

   Rhys has 15 years’ experience in international logistics, originally managing high value perishable freight. Rhys has spent the past 10 years focussed solely on the arts sector, engaged with major exhibitions, private collectors, and corporate collections. Rhys now manages the delivery of major international acquisitions, loans and exhibitions for museums across Australia and New Zealand. Rhys most enjoys his interactions with clients and offers a friendly, professional, and trusted service – and is in his element guiding clients through the complexities of international art projects.
